OCTOBER - NOVEMBER 2023
It’s just more than seventy five days to go before year’s end, and so much remains on to-do lists, all the while checking off achievements in the ramp up to the festive season. At SAA it’s been a fantastic first three quarters of 2023; from launching new routes to Brazil and Abidjan, the capital of Cote D’Ivoire, through to a growing tally of customer compliments. It’s been a good year to date, and we appreciate being able to share it with you.
With the Abidjan added to the list, SAA’s African destinations now number twelve as the airline continues to forge ahead, positively, into new markets for our customers. The first flight between Johannesburg and Abidjan takes to the skies on 14 November, and thereafter three times a week, departing Johannesburg on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 11h00 and arriving in Abidjan at 17h00, with a 55-minute stopover in Accra, Ghana.
October also marks another set of appreciative days of observation along with themes that we should all remain cognisant of. On Monday, 16 October, it’s Bosses Day. And whether you consider your better half the boss, have a Kardashian-like ‘mommager’ or would simply like to thank your line manager for guidance and empathy, this is the day to make it all count.
As the rat race accelerates into the end of the year, it’s also time to start thinking about where you will be spending the holidays; friends, family, and good times lie ahead after a tough but inspiring year for us all.
